| Quite a bit of work in the garden this weekend, and the weather was just
wonderful, and it is supposed to stay like that all summer!, Let's hope so.
Planting continued in the New Patio, and some of the larger plants where
taken out to give a much more open feeling to the area.
 A
friendly toad was uncovered, something we are always pleased to see, as he helps
with battle with the slugs and snails.
We could do with some help with the battle with the pigeons also, judging by
the damage to the Kohl Rabi.
 We
are getting things planted up in the Green House also, tomatoes, peppers, etc.,
cant wait to be picking them!
We also repaired some the turf under the pear trees, before the grass had
receded considerably,
 but
after laying new turf, the edges looked a lot better.
